Beschreibung
TRASHION is an analog photograph that approaches masculinity through protection, fragility and artificiality. The male body appears partially covered by bubble wrap, a material usually associated with care, packaging and preservation, but also with suffocation and confinement.
The work reflects on how masculinity can be constructed, protected, hidden or trapped by the surfaces placed around the body. It is part of a broader exploration of intimacy, vulnerability and identity through analog photography.
35mm film photography. No digital retouching.
