“Attached” is a work that takes pleasure in the bold aesthetics of rope play. This drawing, like others in the series, is a part of that discourse that occurs within the everyday sex pics language between gay men, and commemorates a moment of glorified restraint and a transfer of control, but also holds a testimony of the dedication and effort required to perform this bounding.
